Support is provided during standard UK business hours via email and phone. Service level agreements may be specified in separate service agreements.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that the Service will perform substantially in accordance with our published specifications. This warranty is subject to fair use and proper use of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. You remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination.

We may terminate your access to the Service immediately for material breach of these Terms or with 30 days' notice for convenience.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide reasonable assistance in data export for 30 days after termination, subject to applicable data retention policies.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

14.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations and, if necessary, mediation through a mutually agreed mediator.
